A Personal Account of a Collector of Yixing Teapots
Dr Chiew Seen Konghas been collecting Chinese cultural relics for the past 33 years. He will speak about how he began his collection, which is probably the world’s largest collection of falangcai Yixing teapots.

Care of Ceramic Objects
Ishak Ahmad is an Assistant Conservator with the Heritage Conservation Centre. The speaker will touch on the various challenges and problems in conserving ceramic objects. Participants will be given an insight into some of the various treatments done to restore damaged ceramics. The talk will also look at how ceramic objects should be handled and stored correctly.
