Make your mark with a stone seal. Learn about the history of Chinese seals and the evolution of Chinese characters in this workshop. Follow a step-by-step guide to the art of carving and bring home your newly carved stone seal, an inkpad, and a fabric pouch.

About the facilitator

Singapore-born Jean Toh (@ Baisimu) has been carving for the past 10 years. A self-taught carver, she enjoys incorporating modern designs and symbols into her Chinese stone seals. Hoping to explore a wider variety in functionality and design, she ventured into rubber stamp carving, and is well-versed in handling both materials.
